Submitting the Correct Documentation

Welcome! To complete your registration and ensure a swift start, please follow the documentation requirements outlined below. Failure to upload clear, correct, and scanned copies will result in a delay or rejection of your profile.


1. Passport

The only acceptable format for your passport is a clear scanned copy.


2. National Insurance (NI) Proof

You must upload one of the following documents as proof of your National Insurance number:

4. Bank Account Proof

We require bank account proof for several reasons, including payment verification and proof of your address.

5. International Students must upload their term dates as part of the visa regulations. Only the term letter that is issued by the university at the beginning of the year which clearly shows Term dates and Term Holidays in the academic year is acceptable.
