Submitting the Correct Documentation
Welcome! To complete your registration and ensure a swift start, please follow the documentation requirements outlined below. Failure to upload clear, correct, and scanned copies will result in a delay or rejection of your profile.
1. Passport
The only acceptable format for your passport is a clear scanned copy.
- ❌ NOT Accepted: Pictures taken with a phone, blurry images, or partial views with fingers.
- ✅ Accepted: A clear, full-page scan of the passport spread showing your photo and details.
2. National Insurance (NI) Proof
You must upload one of the following documents as proof of your National Insurance number:
- Full page of your NI Document
- Payslip from a previous employer
- P45
- P60
- Any letter from HMRC that clearly shows your name and NI number.
3. Profile Picture
Your profile picture must be in a passport-style format.
- Accepted: A selfie with your phone against a plain background is acceptable.
- Requirements: You must be looking straight at the camera and the background must be plain.
4. Bank Account Proof
We require bank account proof for several reasons, including payment verification and proof of your address.

| Proof of Address | This document also acts as your proof of address. |
| Payment Issues | It helps us verify account details against your submission if the bank notifies us of any payment issues, preventing delayed or failed payments. |
Redaction Instructions
You have the option to redact (cover up) any personal information you wish to keep private.
- Use a black marker or pen to cover up the information.
- Ensure the information is completely covered and unreadable.
- What We Must See: We only need to see your name, address, and account details.
5. International Students must upload their term dates as part of the visa regulations. Only the term letter that is issued by the university at the beginning of the year which clearly shows Term dates and Term Holidays in the academic year is acceptable.
