Statement of Practice To ensure administrative consistency and provide accurate information, The Zen Master Group operates a standard factual reference policy for all former employees.
Scope of Information Requests for employment verification or references will need to be requested via email info@zenmasters.group and these requests will be fulfilled via email and are strictly limited to the following data points:
- Full Name of the former employee
- Job Title(s) held
- Confirmed Dates of Employment (Start and End dates)
Format and Delivery
- Method: All references are issued as digital correspondence from an official company email address.
- Exclusions: We do not provide subjective character assessments, detailed summaries of duties, or physical correspondence on letterheaded paper.
- Turnaround: We aim to respond to verification requests within 5 working days.
